Home Inspection Costs
Please schedule your inspection based on the home’s actual square footage and age. Fees will be adjusted if the home to be inspected is not as scheduled. Complete inspections include a thorough inspection report with pest & dry rot analysis including the State of Oregon approved NPMA 33 form. Cancelations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a $125 fee.
